Red Team’s Pablo Franco Eliminated in Sixth Exatlón México Duel

The Red Team lost a member in the sixth elimination of Exatlón México 2026. After a week of intense competition between the Red and Blue teams, the reality show’s latest duel saw former professional baseball player Pablo Franco eliminated, marking the sixth departure from the season.
The tenth season continues to introduce new athletes as reinforcements. This week, Natalia Rojas joined the Blue Team, adding to the influx of new participants following eliminations. The show also debuted the Danger Zone, a challenge where athletes risk elimination days before the actual duel. This week, Hugo Espinoza, a Blue Team parkour expert, fought to stay in the game before ultimately being sent home.
Elimination Duel and Pablo Franco’s Exit
In the sixth elimination duel, three Red Team members faced off against two Blue Team athletes. Pablo Franco and Hugo Espinoza pushed each other to the limit in the final stages of the competition. Franco clung to his chance of staying in the game, but a decisive test left both athletes fighting for their spots. Despite his efforts, Franco was eliminated, becoming the sixth contestant to leave the show.
After giving everything in a closely contested race, Franco’s participation in the reality show concluded. He expressed his emotions upon elimination, stating, “(Exatlón me ha dejado) a world of things. There was a promise I made to God when I arrived: I said I wouldn’t leave with anything from the tank and I’m sure I didn’t leave with a drop of gas.” He also reflected on his mother’s influence in his baseball career and his commitment to her, saying, “Every drop of sweat, every effort, every victory and every defeat has a name. I do it for her and for God.”

Villa 360 and Medal Results
The Red Team retained Villa 360, one of the most valuable benefits in Exatlón México, which provides athletes with rest areas and recovery space during competitions. By holding this advantage for an additional week, the Red Team maintained their lead, leaving the Blue Team with a significant deficit in the sixth week.
Medals awarded during the sixth week granted athletes an extra life in elimination duels. Zudikey Rodríguez secured the Female Medal for the Red Team, while Christian Carrillo won the Male Medal for the Blue Team. These medals can be used strategically or saved for future challenges, offering flexibility in team relationships.
